Full-Time Customer Retention Specialist

Who you are:

CaaStle is seeking driven individuals with a passion for fashion and customer satisfaction. At our rapidly growing company, you will support customers with account questions, such as navigating accounts, troubleshooting tracking and shipping questions, and retaining members through education. You will learn quickly about our CaaStle service to create an exceptional customer experience.

Shift Available:

  • Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

Rate of pay:

  • $17.00/hr. paid weekly

What you’ll do:

  • Apply appropriate sales techniques and demonstrate sustained achievement of sales goals
  • Receive calls from at-risk customers and retain their membership
  • Quickly research customer inquiries and provide solutions
  • Support customers by providing recommendations to maximize service benefits
  • Proactively educate current and potential customers on CaaStle services
  • Sustain positive customer relationships to ensure membership continuity
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Navigate through multiple technology systems to provide an exceptional member experience

We’d love for you to have:

  • Proven retention/sales 1+ years experience required
  • Ease in communicating persuasively
  • Ability to use personal computer and appropriate software applications to include billing system and other role-related tools
  • Ability to ask probing questions to truly understand the callers’ concerns
  • Demonstrate persuasiveness, relationship building and achievement of sales goals
  • Ability to be conversational in a non-scripted environment
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Comfortable working in multiple systems/tools at the same time
  • Proven problem solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to ‘think on your feet’ and sales oriented approach
  • Experience in sales driven call center will be a plus
