Full-Time Subscription Service Specialist

Job Description

What you’ll do:

  • Take calls from at-risk customers and retain their membership
  • Ensure customer satisfaction – maintain score per benchmark
  • Collaborate with other team members to suggest improvement and changes in process, policy, tools etc with the objective to improve retention
  • Up-sell/cross sell to existing customers
  • Sustain positive customer relationships to ensure membership continuity
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Ability to apply appropriate sales techniques and demonstrate sustained achievement of stated sales goals
  • Driven individuals with a passion for fashion and customer satisfaction

We’d love for you to have:

  • Ability to use personal computer and appropriate software applications to include billing system and other role-related tools
  • Recent employment within retention/sales; 3+ years experience
  • Ability to ask probing questions to truly understand the callers’ concerns
  • Demonstrate persuasiveness, relationship building and achievement of sales goals
  • Ability to be conversational in a non-scripted environment
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Comfortable working in multiple systems/tools at the same time
  • Proven problem solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to ‘think on your feet’ and sales oriented approach.
  • Experience in sales driven call center will be a plus

Shift Available:

  • Monday – Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm

Rate of pay:

  • $17.00
